If your child is away from school, you can let us know in either of the following ways:

• Call us, on (029) 2023 3379 then select Option 1.
• Fill in the form below.

You will need to do this on each day that your child is absent.

Please include YOUR name and YOUR email address in the boxes provided. In the 'message' box, please include YOUR CHILD'S name, class and reason for their absence.
